Autumn is a 1 year young Dachsund x Miniature Pinscher Mix in IMPS Rescue. She is a very affectionate, curious, and playful young lady. She loves to run and play with other dogs, and trys to play nicely with Kitties. She loves her rawhide chews and settles right down in the house if she has one to chew on, she also likes to hide them for later - silly girl. She is a pretty quick learner and likes learning new tricks if treats are involved. She crates well and goes potty outside if kept on a schedule. She also will use newspaper indoors. She is a little undersocialized so she takes a while to warm up to strangers. She walks nicely on a harness, as her short legs get tangled in the leash, if walked on a collar. Her vaccines are current, she is spayed and microchipped, and on heartworm prevention. There is an adoption fee to cover her medical costs in rescue. Her ideal home would be a quiet household without constant 'visitors' or somene willing to properly socialize her to being less reactive to new people. She would make a wonderful companion for a retired woman or couple. She is available with or without her male doggie companion (last photo) who is 6 months old.
